Honest by design
We help you claim. We never claim for you.
You file on the official site
Every claim link goes to the court-appointed settlement administrator. We verify the link; you submit your own claim.
We never take a cut
Whatever you're paid is yours. Rightful is a flat subscription, with no percentage of your payout, ever.
Estimates, not promises
Payouts are shown as ranges from official filings. Final amounts depend on the court and the number of claims.
No bank or email logins
We match on the companies you tap. We never ask for bank, card, or email passwords.
Questions
Good questions to ask.
Is claiming settlement money legit?
Yes. When a company settles a class action, a court approves a fund and appoints an administrator to pay eligible people. Anyone who qualifies can file — you don't need a lawyer.
Does Rightful take a percentage of my payout?
No. You pay a flat subscription, billed securely. Every dollar the administrator sends is yours.
How much will I actually get?
It varies. Many payouts are $10–$100; some are larger. We show the estimated range from court documents, and final amounts depend on how many valid claims are filed.
Do I need receipts or proof?
Often not. Each settlement shows whether proof is required. Only file claims you truly qualify for — false claims can be illegal.
Can I use Rightful outside the US?
Rightful covers US class-action settlements. They're US court cases, so claims are open to people who used these companies while living in the United States, and administrators pay by US check or US bank transfer. If you lived in the US and have since moved abroad, you can usually still claim — check each settlement's official notice.
Is Rightful a law firm?
No. Rightful is an informational tool. It isn't a law firm, doesn't give legal advice, and isn't affiliated with any company, court, or settlement administrator.
